Our tours are private and designed to offer a personalized experience. Ideally, we operate in groups of 4 riders, with each group having their own motorhome. If you wish to bring additional companions, we can accommodate that as well—just let us know.
To ensure the tour can run, a minimum of 2 riders is required. However, please note that there will be an additional fee of $1,000 per person if the group consists of only 2 riders, or $700 per person for a group of 3 riders.
Unforeseen events may make it necessary to cancel or modify a trip. Our Guest Services team will update you with any changes. We reserve the right to cancel departures in cases of force majeure or the failure of third parties, in which case all payments received to date will be refunded, which constitutes full settlement. UAU Campers is not responsible for expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled trips, such as airline tickets, or for costs that are incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellations, or illness. We strongly encourage Travel Protection for complete coverage.

Available Dates for Booking
Our tours can take place ideally between May and November, taking into account the best weather conditions for cycling and beaing outside.
Simply let us know the dates within this period that suit you best, and we will confirm availability. If your preferred dates are not available, we will work together to find alternative dates that fit your schedule.
As a private tour, we offer the flexibility to adapt to your needs!
What driving lincense do I need?
All our tours come with a support team responsible for driving the vehicles, so you don't need to worry about driving. Driving motorhomes on mountain roads can be challenging and stressful, which is why our staff will handle moving the vehicle daily between locations.
This also allows companions to enjoy the journey aboard our motorhomes with all the comforts, even if they do not cycle the stages. We try to offer complementary activities for these companions whenever possible.
Yes, of course! You are welcome to bring your own bicycle. Please note that you will be responsible for assembling your bike upon arrival and disassembling it upon departure, as well as making any necessary shipping arrangements to get your bike to and from the trip.
Can I add a non-rider to the tour?
As a private tour, adding a non-rider is not a problem. Non-riders can enjoy the route with our staff in one of the support motorhomes. Whenever possible, we will try to offer complementary activities and adapt to everyone's needs. I
f you are considering adding a non-rider, contact our team, and we will help organize activities they will enjoy, provided the route allows it.
There is a minimum age to go to this tour?
There is no minimum age for companions, as long as they are accompanied by an adult at all times.
For cyclists, the minimum age is 8 years. Despite the route's difficulty, children can choose to ride part of the stages, tackle a particular climb, or cycle in one of the final destinations.
They will always be accompanied by an adult, not under responsability of UAU CAMPER Guides.
What pace is maintained during the trips?
Our travel style is fully adaptable to the group’s pace.
Whether you're a group of athletes who love speed and a lively pace, or cyclists who prefer a more relaxed rhythm, our support team and guides will adjust to your speed.
However, we will recommend cut-off times to ensure the stages do not end at night. If you are in good shape for the elevation and distance, there should be no issues.
Additionally, if you can't finish a stage on any given day, you always have the option to hop into the support vehicle and complete it aboard the motorhome.
What type of support is offered on the tours?
We offer personalized and comprehensive support both on and off the bike. Our tours are always accompanied by two guides. One guide will go ahead of the tour, handling logistics and preparing picnics so everything is ready when you arrive at the location.
The other guide will be in the support vehicle, following the group. In case of a flat tire or mechanical issue, they will be there within minutes to fix it. If you need a lift up a climb, they’ll be there to help you to the top.
Once off the bike, our guides are available in the second vehicle to assist you with any questions or provide recommendations as locals.
Tours are booked well in advance, and we understand concerns about cancellation options. Therefore, we offer various options in our cancellation policy, depending on how far in advance the trip is booked.
Who will come on the trip?
Generally, the tours are private, recommended for 4 people. You will have a motorhome where all of you you can sleep and store all your luggage.
Tours for 4 people are accompanied by a support team of 2 staff members, who will be available at anytime to provide the best services and coverage.
The staff members will have a sepparate campervan.
What happens if we are only 2 people?
The tours are designed and optimized for 4 cyclists, but we can adapt for 2 people.
In this case, since the fleet of vehicles will remain the same, the price per person will increase.
However, there is also the option for fewer than 4 people to ride bikes, plus 1 or 2 companions enjoying the route in the comfortable motorhome.
The routes are supported by a team. Each day, before departure, the staff will provide a detailed briefing. During the entire route, a support motorhome will follow, ready to provide roadside assistance if needed.
Given the challenge of some stages, if anyone is too fatigued to continue, they have the option to ride in the motorhome to complete the stage.
During the stage, you will have GPS tracks (we also offer a rental service for GPS devices).
It's a motorhome trip, the logistics are very complex. What do we need to prepare?
You don't need to worry about anything. On the tour, we will include two guides who will drive the vehicle and handle its maintenance. This way, you won't have to concern yourself with logistics. You'll have a home on wheels with all the logistics managed by the UAU CAMPERS staff, allowing you to fully enjoy your cycling holidays.
